These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Islamic Quiz App and related website services (together, the “Services”), including the application made available through Google Play and other channels we may offer. By creating an account, installing or opening the app, or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Islamic Quiz App provides educational quizzes, explanations, leaderboards, bookmarks, and related features intended for general Islamic knowledge in a simple, mobile-friendly format. Content is for informational and learning purposes only. The Services are not a substitute for qualified scholarly guidance, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and we do not issue religious rulings (fatwa).
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. When you register, you must provide accurate information (including your name and email address as requested). You are responsible for safeguarding your password or login methods and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, using the Contact page.

Quiz text, graphics, branding, software, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by law or with our permission. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without obligation to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Services may integrate or link to third-party services (for example Google AdSense for advertising, Microsoft Clarity for website analytics as described in our Privacy Policy, or hosting and authentication providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of them is also subject to their policies, including when you install the app from Google Play.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, quiz content, or the Services as a whole at any time, for example to improve quality, comply with law, or meet store requirements. We may also impose reasonable technical or usage limits. Where we can, we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that quiz content is complete or error-free. You use educational content at your own discretion and should verify important matters with qualified sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Islamic Quiz App and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if the Services are free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to you and to us in the places where we operate the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts or tribunals in those places may have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you a right to sue elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time—for example when we add features, change distribution (such as Google Play requirements), or clarify practices. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will try to provide additional notice where practical (for example in the app or by email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information—including account details, analytics such as Microsoft Clarity on the website, and Google AdSense where ads are shown. It forms part of your agreement with us.
